At Oak and Liberty, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't a perfect fit, we offer a seamless 30-day return and exchange policy for all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is submitted, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return packing slip to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, attach the prepaid label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
